In bamboo briquetting production lines, a bamboo pulverizer can quickly chip and crush whole bamboo, bamboo stalks, bamboo branches, and bamboo waste into uniform materials suitable for briquetting, avoiding feeding difficulties and excessive equipment load caused by large pieces of bamboo directly entering the briquetting machine. At the same time, the integrated design reduces the space needed and material transfer, improving the processing efficiency and stability of the production line.

  • Bamboo Powder Dryer

Fresh bamboo naturally has a high moisture content, and pellet production has strict requirements for the moisture content of raw materials. To get good pellet quality, the moisture content of raw materials generally needs to be controlled between 13% and 17%. For small-scale bamboo pellet production projects, natural air drying or simple hot air drying will be the best choice considering cost savings; for large-scale pellet projects, a drum dryer will be a must to achieve rapid and uniform drying performance.

  • Bamboo Briquette Machine

This is the core step. The bamboo powder is fed into the piston-type briquetting machine. The temperature of the briquetting machine mold is between 80-120 degrees Celsius. This high temperature softens the raw materials, causing the lignin in the bamboo waste to soften and become a natural binder. The softened raw material is continuously extruded into the forming die parts, where its originally loose volume shrinks significantly under immense pressure. After being formed into cylindrical-shaped briquettes in the mold, the bamboo briquettes are continuously punched out from the discharge port.
